I bought a flower arrangement and a bouquet here for an urn burial (a total of €85). (No condolences were expressed. The main thing is to make a deal with death) On the day of the urn burial (30 minutes before) we picked up the things. It was a day in August 2020. The temperatures were between 20°C and 22°C. The sky was overcast and the sun could hardly be seen. After just 43 hours, our investment looked just like the pictures. After my complaint (also with these photos) I received a ridiculous voucher for 10€. I can only advise everyone to buy something like this here. The dearly paid flowers were definitely not fresh. Nobody can tell me that. A few grave sites further at a grave that is also new, similar grave decorations have lasted considerably longer. If that's part of business practice, all I can do is shake my head. If I had received a reasonable reimbursement, I would have omitted this entry as a gesture of goodwill, although there is nothing more annoying than saying goodbye to a loved one with such greetings. Just sad and irreversible. shame !
