Extremely unfriendly staff. I don't understand why you work in a flower shop if you don't enjoy the job. I always want to think that it's an isolated case, everyone can have a bad day, but I've never been pleasantly surprised. Especially not from the lady who is tying the flowers! I would also ask that if you take 3 euros to tie it then it looks decent too! Just sad.

Good selection, value for money! Flowers last over a week / 1 1/2 after cutting!

Unfortunately simply no longer affordable, green binding is always charged 3 times, i.e. €4.50, plus a €3 fee for binding. So you are already 7.50€ poorer without having bought any flower. The service is unfortunately rather poor than good. The prices of the flowers are really high and I often find them faulty and broken. Have now paid 25 € for a small bouquet. Will probably buy flowers elsewhere in the future.

My friend brought flowers for me from this shop. The bouquet is colour-coordinated and I was very happy. So why am I only giving 2 stars? Because the bouquet was no longer pretty at second glance, as there were dark spots and cracks on/in some leaves or entire parts of the leaf were missing. (I attached a photo). After separating these leaves, the bouquet is really very pretty to look at, only in my opinion it is not my job to check the leaves and remove the damaged ones, but the job of whoever gets money for this work (spoiler: I'm not I). So, as much as I'm pleased that my boyfriend brought me flowers (which isn't something to be taken for granted), it was marred by the unprofessional nature of this shop, which is why I asked him to buy flowers from a shop that still cares in the near future is to offer customers the best possible quality and good service.

I have a lot of patience and understanding for employees but what I experienced today is a joke. Three women with an expression I don't want to describe let their ENTIRE anger out on every single customer. I was even pushed away by the oldest member of staff, we all have one mouth and one voice, I would have happily given a seat if asked. After 10 to 7 it was nope, we don't tie anymore, please? This is your job. Arguing behind the checkout and letting the frustration out on us is just cheeky. Then being rude to the customers because the flowers have disappeared in the whole chaos & the customers insist on these flowers (which they also paid for !!!!) is bottom drawer. I recommend the branch in barmen with a clear conscience. Calm and competent, even on a stressful Friday. 🤮
