We always get our bouquets from Floralis, because you don't get run-of-the-mill bouquets here, but a certain style that we like very much. The florist is always friendly and professional in creating his artwork. Yesterday I picked up my bouquet for the civil wedding and was so enthusiastic that I would like to give it five stars. I had ordered 2 bridal bouquets plus floral jewelry for the church for my wedding. As with everything to do with weddings, you have to inquire thousands of times, some florists want a deposit and ask for prices that make the heart race as a bride... Mr. Herbel was so accommodating with reasonable ones Prices and also very personable. I didn't need to talk much because Mr. Herbel understood what I wanted. He implemented it really well. ..I was very happy with my bridal bouquets....Mr. Herbel is one of the best service providers.

Wow what a negative buying experience. Seller doesn't even open his mouth to say hello. I asked for a bouquet of flowers. Wanted a rebound one. The seller, probably the owner, then said rudely that he still had to quickly get a decoration ready for himself, not for a customer who was waiting etc. Well, that's not customer-friendly, didn't pay any attention to it, you feel unwell. Left the store without a purchase.

I pre-ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mum's birthday party and the collection was completely beyond expectations. Floralis has an eye for detail, the flowers are super fresh (can't be compared to the big online flower shops) and I felt really comfortable with the advice. And the most important thing, mom was very happy about the bouquet :)
