I always get great service at this store! Their bouquets have a special style and I know just a few flower shops in Wiesbaden that can compare with this one. The prices are not low, but affordable. You can always say how much you are ready to spend and for sure you'll get something really nice for your money. My husband knows that I love their bouquets and if there is an occasion he gets flowers for me there, too. Personal is always very friendly and the store is nicely decorated. Ordered a bouquet of roses via Fleurop for August 1st, 2022. Went to pick up. Everything went great. Then the face-to-face exchange on site...the bouquet was simply given to the customer without any covering. Just a Fleurop container of water. When asked whether it could be decoratively optimized, the objection came up: What else do you want to do there? You can cover the handle with a handkerchief and hand it over. xD Really bad. The discussion at this point was just too much for me. Customer focus looks different. I brought the flowers to a florist in Globus Wiesbaden-Nordenstadt, who made it absolutely beautiful as a bouquet. It's really a shame that Blumenstudio Zabel was so bad. I would have expected more premium from a florist in the position. But like I said, that's my personal impression. Conclusion: Very bad to bad. Unfortunately…

I often get a bouquet of flowers from this flower shop. My flowers are always very fresh and beautifully tied! I am currently enjoying 2 bouquets of flowers on my desk, a spring bouquet for women's day and a bouquet of roses for our wedding anniversary.
