I regularly buy cut flowers from Meyers and actually had a bouquet of flowers that was largely gone after 5 days. The friendly employee took the bouquet back without discussion and immediately tied a new one for me. That's what I call great customer service and my girlfriend was very happy about the fresh bouquet. I also love the loyalty program. Each bouquet is noted with a stamp and, if you have collected enough points, you get goods worth 10 euros for free. I can only recommend Meyers and would love to come back.
