The personal contact was very nice and pleasant, but unfortunately our wishes for the wedding flowers were not taken into account and the suggestions did not match our ideas and specifications at all. Unfortunately, after we did not accept the offer for the flowers, we lost contact completely, so that we could no longer pick up leaves that had already been left to dry and had to look for replacements again shortly before the wedding. We would have liked a little more professionalism here.
