Today I had a g Ordered a birthday bouquet for 25.00 euros. The bouquet was so puny that I was ashamed to hand it over. I had complained about it in the shop.. only got the answer.. the flowers are so expensive now. Last week I had one from Kraft for 20.00 euros..it was much better. I won't buy anything there anymore

I had pre-ordered a heart with pink roses when I picked it up, it was light pink roses and I have to say it was very small for 50 euros.... there weren't 20 roses. Last year I also ordered a heart with pink roses, there was also gypsophila and it was twice as big, which was very, very nice. But yesterday there was nothing. And when I wanted to pick it up, the saleswoman gave me the heart without packing it and then asked if she could pack it for me. So was very dissatisfied this time therefore only one star. I won't be ordering anything else either.
