Flower decoration for our baptism was exactly as desired. The flowers are beautiful and fresh for a long time.

Very disappointing! Bridal bouquet and cake decoration after several preliminary discussions via e-mail and also in person totally wrong and ugly! The double lilies suggested by the flower house itself were not included and not all the flowers were correct. It was later claimed that these were optional and were then, of course, no longer available on the day of the wedding. Despite the example photos, the bouquet was tied far too tightly and broken stems were fixed with wire. Despite detailed arrangements, the cake decorations were not prepared and loose, long-stemmed flowers were handed to my husband. The overall quality of the flowers and foliage was a disaster - wilted, brown spots and pitted leaves! The employees tried to save something with other lilies, without success. Due to the time pressure, my maid of honor had to accept the bouquet! I regretted it! I've never felt so ashamed. Some guests even asked me about it and nobody wanted to catch it! To date I have not received an apology, redress or even a partial refund! An impudence! And no, the photos were not taken a week later, but on the day of the wedding!

Very well sorted, competent and friendly service, bouquets are freshly tied and last forever! Always a pleasure... even the Federal President was here!
