The wreath was beautiful, but the name on the bow was misspelled. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but after the name was spelled extra and Mrs. Gertzmann spelled the name correctly again, something like that is unacceptable at a funeral service that simply cannot be repeated. On the phone call that followed, they apologized and offered to waive the €20 cost of the loop, which at a total cost of €300 isn't necessarily a lot! I would have agreed with that. But then I was told that there would be a delivery fee of €15 on top of the agreed purchase price, which I couldn't do without. Nothing was said about this when the order was placed and since I had stated that I wanted to pay a maximum of €300, I assumed that any delivery fee would be included in the total price. When I said I wasn't willing to pay additional costs that were specifically not part of the purchase agreement, I was threatened with a lawyer. I will definitely not order a wreath from here again and I can only advise everyone else not to. Just outrageous!

Commissioned service was NOT performed accordingly. But have the audacity to write exactly that on the invoice. Absolutely not recommended.

Ordered a wreath there on behalf of our class for a deceased friend. It really was absolutely amazing and I could burst into tears just by looking at it..... so beautiful and prepared with a lot of love! The extra roses we ordered are great too! Wonderful big heads and 1A colors! So I'm really absolutely thrilled and will recommend it!
