My husband bought me a bouquet of flowers yesterday for €10. Unfortunately he doesn't have an eye for detail, when I unpacked the bouquet I could have thrown it in the garbage as it was. Even though my husband has picked out the bouquet, it's cheeky that the florist gives out a bouquet that's already faded/rotten. Turnover is probably more important than customer satisfaction. We don't buy anything there anymore. See pictures. Picture 1 shows how withered the leaves are already. He was able to save the flowers on the second picture. Picture 3 speaks volumes.
I go shopping at Floribunda in Kaufland Stollberg regularly and I really like it. You will always get good advice and special requests will be addressed. The salespeople are ALL very friendly and accommodating. I will continue to be loyal to the branch.
Very poor quality... Pictures are taken upon purchase and after 5 days... Water was changed regularly and flowers were cut...

Ordered a bouquet and paid for it when ordering, as well as 10 5 euro notes to tie. When my husband went to pick up the bouquet, there was no bouquet. After checking the order book, the saleswoman claimed that he had already picked up the bouquet. After lengthy discussions and calls to your colleague, she stuck to her assertion. My husband wanted to call the police. She then found that the money he had paid in addition to the 5 euro bills was in a cash box. My husband asked her to give him the money back but the lady wanted him to choose something from the store. After he threatened to call the police again, she agreed to give him back the money. It's not okay to treat customers like that.
