The employees are very friendly and can advise you competently. However, the store is quite chaotic and you can tell there is tension in the store. The boss doesn't seem to have a plan as to what she's doing and is almost the only one who ties bouquets, which, if you don't get along well with her or are already finished, can look pretty funny. The advice from her can quickly be associated with wrong information or you don't really feel respected or perceived as a customer. The gift pots are made with a lot of love and I recommend taking one of them.

Nice selection of colorful bouquets. I recently bought 3 flower arrangements and asked for an old box to take home...I was deducted 20 cents for the small old dusty cardboard box...INCREDIBLE!!! I feel a bit ripped off...I won't buy anything anymore...the cardboard wasn't packaging but packaging waste...QUESTION: Do I get the 20 cents back if I bring the cardboard back?
