Unfortunately partly (especially the boss) very unfriendly and condescending. Has his reasons, but the customer can't help it. Prices for tying small bouquets are exaggerated in my opinion. Buy somewhere else now... too bad. Flowers should bring joy. Also for people who work with them...
dear flower 2000, For what feels like 20 years we have been buying birth/celebration/women/Christmas - and all the flowers in your branches every day. Today we had a really hard time: the ranunculus, roses... except for tulips and daffodils, the cut flowers were simply from Friday last week (we were eating 🍱 that day). Not even discounted at full price! Then we wanted to have five small bouquets 💐 tied. (Flower value in total 35 €) €6.50 👀per bouquet??? You're not serious, are you? For binding! It used to be 5 for large and 2.50 for small bouquets - free service at first - a long time ago. If you keep it up, tying it will soon cost more than the flowers themselves. The next time you buy flowers, stop by a small flower shop in the traditional way, just like in the old days. You are no longer different!
Worst service in a long time!! When I asked about 45 minutes before closing time for a bouquet of flowers for €40-50, I was informed on site that no more bouquets would be tied, since it was almost closing time. So I had the choice between single untied roses or one of the last finished bouquets for about 10 €. If you want a bouquet of flowers here, you shouldn't come 1 hour before closing time, because you won't be served there anymore.
Very bad service. We wanted a bouquet tied. That would then be done with rolling eyes and reluctance. I haven't experienced anything like this before.
