I've been a customer of Bleckwehl for 1.5 years now. All in all I have been very satisfied with the grave maintenance service so far. In my case, the service is the watering service and keeping the grave clean when I plant my own plants. Now, for the first time ever, I had a complaint or question about partially dried flowers on the grave, which I politely asked on the phone. The head of the company then got short-tempered on the phone, explained to me with various reasons that this could not be the case, interrupted me and raised his voice and yelled at me on the phone. I think that - especially with this sensitive topic - is absolutely inappropriate and disrespectful towards his fellow human beings and in this case customers (!). This is unacceptable, that's why I canceled the service.

Very competent family business with great advice. The employees at the cemetery are always polite and happy to help! Here you are still worth something as a customer and not just a number among many - and the boss knows every grave from memory and likes to meet on site at the grave to discuss important things, such as the redesign. I laid out my father-in-law's grave and had it planted and cared for regularly - everything was to my satisfaction and the design with the plants was always very original and had that certain something that made the grave site stand out. Really a great company that I can recommend!
