very nice bouquet of roses, Yesterday 11.4. I wanted to reserve flowers by phone. Since Mr. Böck was not personally in the shop, I only had an unfriendly saleswoman on the phone who said if she had anything need, then come personally. We don't reserve! I will not go into this shop again!
