Sellers very customer unfriendly. Wanted to buy a bouquet of flowers at the flower shop there today, the day before Christmas Eve That was at 8:50 a.m. Even though both saleswomen were in the store, I was told we didn't open until 9am. They must wait. Luckily there are other florists where you are still happy about every customer.

Staff could be more customer oriented! We got a hanging basket there that had dried up. The day before it said a price of 5 euros, today they wanted 20 again! For bad quality. At Blumen Pfeifer we got a nice, not withered one for 13 euros. Outrageous. And for the future no more loading for us

Unfortunately, the experience is very dependent on the mood of the saleswoman. Last time she was very nice, today she was very rude and condescending. I sometimes wonder why someone who takes his frustration out on customers chooses a job like that. The flowers are okay, unfortunately a bit old-fashioned in my opinion.
