What I didn't like was that I was distrusted and the pansies were counted exactly, although the correct number was given when asked. Either you ask and trust the customer (who is not buying there for the first time) or you don't ask and count and name the price yourself. Asking questions and then extra counting comes across as really stupid. Otherwise good flowers there.
