I'm super satisfied. Ms. Niehüser took care of all the decorations for our wedding in early October (bridal bouquet, car decorations, boutonnieres and decorations in the location) and I can only say that everything was wonderful! I had an incredibly beautiful bridal bouquet and everyone noticed the decoration in the location positively, it wasn't too much and not too little, but just right !! I chose this flower shop based on a recommendation. Despite a detailed discussion and even a promise from the boss personally, the desired flowers would definitely be available for a special day, which unfortunately was not the case. The quality of the processed flowers left a lot to be desired and when you asked, the flowers you wanted were suddenly no longer available? They are still blooming everywhere and that suggests that the customer is simply a minor matter here, the main thing is that the money comes in. Never again!

It is a pity that agreements are not kept. Not getting any lavender at the beginning of September, even though it was promised?! At that time you could still find him everywhere. Even if it wasn't available for the store, there would have been enough alternatives (e.g. inform the bridal couple and find a solution together. The bridal couple could have brought it themselves, used artificial flowers or even brought dried lavender). Definitely okay for a bouquet in between, but NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CELEBRATIONS LIKE A WEDDING! The owner is still quite nice, but the younger employee is extremely unsympathetic. And the complaint on site was not accepted by the said employee. PS: In addition, the freshness of the flowers was really cheeky. Some of them even had brown edges. How does that happen when you pay extra for quality flowers?!
