I had ordered a wreath over the phone and online and it was delivered to the cemetery on time. The lady on the phone was extremely friendly. The bouquet of flowers was arranged according to the photo on the internet, stylishly draped with a white and gold bow and really beautiful. I was even approached by mourners who had admired the wreath.

I have ordered several times but the last time I was very disappointed. I wanted the longest roses, they said they can bring me 80cm. I needed it for a very important anniversary which was great disappointment when I received the order of 50cm roses. How is that possible, 30cm difference from my order. Why did you note the order when the price was different when you paid and the length too.
