I have always been satisfied and have enjoyed browsing and buying there. Today the always bad-tempered and rude alleged boss was at the cash register. I had placed my flowers on the side of the counter and wanted to go out again to get something else, when she literally accosted me loudly that this didn't suit her because it was her work surface. I would like to explain that she has just cashed up and other customers were standing at the checkout. My flowers couldn't bother at all on the side. I decided not to buy anything there today. The branch lost around 50 euros in sales today and I can say that if this saleswoman is in the shop, I won't go in anymore. So much rudeness to customers is unreasonable.

I was actually always satisfied until I bought 2 poinsettias there. Both almost completely deteriorated and fallen apart. Unfortunately I couldn't see it because there was paper all around and they looked good from above. I am disappointed that no attention is paid to the freshness of the flowers.
