The customer service you receive will be dependent on the person who serves you. A man working here gave me an attitude presumably because I was walking too slow as I tried to carefully navigate the narrow paths with my stroller. When I asked what the problem was, he simply just shook his head giving me no reason for his attitude. His female colleague however was very friendly and gave my baby and I nothing but smiles. For a store that sells such beautiful items such as tulips and other various flowers, the service of the people working there should be just as lovely.

Very friendly and competent advice. Plus great quality! The picture of this beautiful bouquet was taken 5 days after purchase. I still don't see a faded/withered flower in the whole bouquet! Big compliment! Clear recommendation :-)
