I had sent an email request for a flower delivery. After I hadn't heard anything after almost a week, I called and inquired and kindly referred to my email request. The answer I got was that emails are only answered if a telephone number is given, because the lady can read emails but not answer them. When I answered that unfortunately I didn't know that and that it might be helpful to mention on the website that telephone numbers should be given for queries, I was immediately dismissed unfriendly. I don't understand why the website advertises that the store is available 24/7 via email when the emails end up not being answered. Regardless, the lady seemed amused by my inquiry as to whether the store makes deliveries. She really didn't have time for that, she told me. The contact was therefore more than disappointing and sometimes cheeky, I was interrupted several times. It's a shame, it seems to be a great flower shop according to the other reviews - but probably only when you visit in person. I hope the customer orientation is better on site than by phone / email.

I love such small, quaint flower shops and have had a wonderful, much admired bouquet of flowers tied for my 60th birthday from the few flower rarities. The flower woman in the mature age and somewhat grumpy Bavarian mouth was helpful and still very courteous. That's how I imagined it there. Thank you and keep up the good work. You have to love that.

The funeral wreath exceeded all expectations - more beautiful is not possible!!! The wreath was the most beautiful in the whole cemetery. We had also considered ordering a wreath online, but that would have been far more expensive and the advice would not have been as competent as with Waltraud! From now on we will buy all flowers for every occasion from her, because it doesn't get any better!

Very beautiful, long-lasting bouquet with a very good price-performance ratio. Highly Recommended.

CATASTROPHE I would not recommend when ordering the lady simply forgot my bridal bouquet and then had to improvise one. I didn't even get a discount or anything, then I wanted to pay the full price, which was outrageous!!!! If you want a relaxed wedding, order elsewhere
