We bought our floral decorations for our wedding there. Everything was absolutely perfect for us. My bridal bouquet was awesome. Very good advice. Only to recommend.
We had an urn wreath and a mourning heart made by Mrs. Mischler. The advice was very professional and sensitive. Our wreaths very noble and tasteful. We recommend.
Well...unfortunately I can only give 2 stars. For our celebration, I wanted to save the flowers for the tables a long journey in summer and therefore looked for a flower shop near the celebration location. I didn't know the shop personally, it was recommended to me by the party location. At two appointments in advance, everything (prices, types of flowers, number, etc.) was discussed personally. The last appointment was 2 weeks before the celebration. In retrospect, I have to say that I regretted this decision. Despite prior agreement on costs, I was sent a hefty bill after the party. The total amount was almost doubled, because really every position suddenly included a price increase of 40-50%. When I asked, I got the answer that some of the flowers I had suggested (not expressly requested) were more expensive than expected (this referred to 2 types of several) and that the season for one of the two was over. From a company that advertises on its homepage with 20 years of experience, it is to be expected that the customer will be informed in advance of such a significant price difference and that this will be discussed with him....you go to a specialist shop for that...to get a competent, get fair advice. There's a price for that... I'm a master craftsman myself and I really deal with my customers in a more professional and service-oriented manner. 10-20% price increases would not have been an issue for me in this case (we are really not only talking about 5 € per piece and also not about elaborate filigree arrangements, but about simple small bouquets without additional decoration, ribbons etc.). The boss didn't think it was necessary to make a price concession either, although she admitted the mistake of being able to inform me that the agreed price allegedly couldn't be made with the flowers that were partially mentioned in the preliminary talk. Instead, there was a phrase.... 'I'll take that into account for the next order'. Therefore, I will remember this flower shop with a very bitter aftertaste and an overpriced bill. A pity! The quality of the flowers seemed ok and the bouquets, which were definitely too small for the price, were pretty to look at. I looked in vain for the decorative beads suggested by the manager in the water in the vase. The vases themselves were provided free of charge by the celebration location and even brought to the shop to be filled. I would not buy or order there again & recommend the shop. Because I just feel ripped off and given the outcome the advice was bad. I've really never experienced anything like that. That's not how you treat customers. Missed the chance of good publicity.
I wanted to have my wedding flowers done here. The display looked good, the advice was very friendly. Then the suggested pictures of the test bouquets and the bridal bouquet did not come after 2 weeks at the latest as agreed, but only after 2 months. No problem for me. But apparently by then the memory of the conversation was no longer available, so that nothing looked like it had been discussed. The bridal bouquet was supposed to be from her little book, which is why I actually didn't want to see it in advance. I thought that was simple and clear. She prepared it for me anyway (which was very nice) and I can only say that I was lucky because it didn't look anything like it did in her booklet. The table bouquets hardly corresponded to the wish. It should only be grass, only green without colorful flowers, but a large rose adorned the arrangement. Pretty, but not what I imagined. My maid of honor was present at the interview and was able to confirm that I hadn't expressed myself incorrectly or anything like that. I would have accepted that too and wanted to continue buying my flowers here. However, when I was kindly informed that this unfortunately did not quite meet my wishes, I was told very unfriendly that I could forget something else. Now I was suddenly supposed to pay for all the sample bouquets (afterwards, because I wasn't satisfied). I could forget one more rehearsal. At most, she could make the bridal bouquet again for the full expense allowance. After binding, she sells it normally in the shop, she had told me before. So here she wanted to cash in twice. I have to say very unprofessional and rude. I've really never experienced anything like that. If you deal with customers who pay a lot of money in this way, you probably don't need any customers.
You will simply get good advice here with a high level of expertise and good creative ideas for celebrations and occasions such as weddings or birthday parties. Here you will find the best in both design and flower quality. We were very satisfied.
