If it were an option i would rate them 0 stars. I ordered the flowers online to be delivered on a particular date. The flowers were delivered 3 days late and were received in such a wilthy bad state that i was embarrassed to even have sent them through This website. 40 euros for flowers is not cheap but with such a bad service? Secondly i emailed them with pictures instantly to claim the refund or at least send the right flowers but no response. They pick up the phone and after hearing my complain, directly hang up! I would not recommend the online order or anything from them to my friends or colleagues. Complete fraud and embarrassment. At least they should reply to my email or calls!

Very stressed employee because flower prices were occasionally there and customers often asked about the price. She was alone in the shop, there were quite a few customers at the time. 5€ to tie a bouquet of flowers and 3€ for greenery. Prices are mysterious. For some greens, she said it costs €1.50. But after she scanned the price, it was €2.
