Long-stemmed, red roses that I received for my birthday hung their heads completely after one day.. the service was friendly when I complained - hence the star and exchanged the flowers (the green was still used).. one The same thing again the next day... exchange or complaint should be discussed with the boss... telephone feedback on this: the boss didn't want to know anything about the complaint. A local shop is chosen for the purchase and then you are fobbed off... without new flowers, without a voucher... What kind of dealing with customers in a specialist shop is that (was specially emphasized by the saleswoman)? 45 euros in the garbage.

I was there around 5pm on Monday. There were hardly any flowers left... I wanted a loose bouquet, something was simply tied together for 18 euros, I could have done that myself. I was so disappointed and very upset with myself that I didn't open my mouth. This lady was tired or wasn't a florist. Too bad you'll never see me again.

Great advice - customer service is really lived here, reasonable prices and a diverse selection. The parking situation is great. I can unreservedly recommend Wiedenhues.
