By Blume 2000 I congratulated my Mom in Hanover. I chose the Mellow Roses Größe L bouquet. This bouquet was delivered on Mom's birthday and in fact was as beautiful, large and fresh as in the photo in the Blume 2000 online store. The online store has simple, comfortable functionality and good choice. Together with the flowers, I sent my Mom a box of Lindt chocolate. Mom was happy! Thank you, Blume! Now I am your client)
3 bouquets bought 3 bouquets thrown in the bucket. All the bouquets were withered and snapped off. First and last time I bought something there.. Not recommended. I want my money back tomorrow. 5 minus
3 saleswomen were standing at the counter. Only one served. One stood completely passively at the counter, another was probably only responsible for the cash register (maybe the boss). I wanted 2 bouquets. Then I was immediately informed of a price increase. Tying a bouquet costs an additional €5. I liked that I was informed, but it seemed like they were trying to put me off the purchase. Then, when choosing the flowers, the price was made clear to me again. When paying, I was asked if I still had something to do in the leash center. I didn't, but I went towards them and asked if 10 minutes was enough. Answer was, rather longer. Neither the price nor the wait is generally a problem for me, but I wonder why 3 saleswomen without much clientele take so much time for 2 simple bouquets. And a price increase should be made palatable to the customer or justified. Someone else in my place would probably have left and not bought flowers.
Went there today to buy a large bouquet. We liked a ready-made bouquet and wanted a similar one with different colors. When asked if we could get help with this (since we couldn't identify everything in the bouquet ourselves), the elderly lady (who is probably the only one who ties bouquets) only told us that we should look for ourselves and she apparently only if at all binds, since she continued to cultivate other flowers and did not pay any attention to us. The younger lady (Mrs. Cakan) then saw us standing there for a while and offered her help herself, which we very much welcomed. Thanks again to Ms. Cakan. When the bouquet was put together (almost 33€) we waited a while until our bouquet was tied. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to our expectations (but we weren't asked again by the older lady there, but treated very carelessly). In the shop there were several vases with a note in them saying that these were free for purchases of €30 or more. After the bouquet was made, we asked the elderly lady if we could get a vase with it, but she answered us in a very loud voice, if not shouted at us, and said that we didn't get a vase because we had our bouquet tied . There would probably only be one if you didn't have the bouquet tied?!?! On the Blume2000 homepage, you can even get it from €29.99 (and the bouquet is also tied there, mind you!) I find it cheeky how customers are treated there, especially by the older lady (with a Russian accent and the only one who binds). Another customer before us had noticed this and asked if it would be the end of the day, because she was just as unfriendly to her and also "mass-produced" her bouquet in a totally loveless way. DEAR BLUME2000 TEAM PLEASE DO NOT HIRING "EMPLOYEES" LIKE THIS. I won't go shopping there again!
I've been buying roses there for a long time and I always have a large quantity of 51 or 31 bouquets of roses... But never again, if I order a bouquet and pay more than 140 € for it, then I want a bouquet and not a bunch of thrown roses. It's sad that the saleswoman can't make a real bouquet...! I'm really disappointed in the store. The roses are good, but what's the point if no one is able to tie a beautiful bouquet for you. Then rather pay 20 € more and let a florist do it. Best regards
