Very rude young lady. Also extremely expensive. Tying a bouquet (the pure process...profession of a florist)...over 6 euros! The otherwise unskilled non-florist (!), was of the opinion that this was due to the increased production costs. I'm afraid that the lady actually really believes that herself. Nowhere do you pay for tying the bouquet. Behavior and prizes don't work at all.

A week before Easter, the range of Easter bouquets, bowls and flower arrangements was poor. Many items were not fresh. We were able to put something together, but a good offer looks different.

A small but well stocked shop. The menu is good and the staff is quite friendly. Overall an asset to this mall. There are enough parking spaces and the entrance area is handicapped accessible.

A telephone order for collection was not possible. After all, you don't know what kind of flowers will be delivered... I only wanted 30 tulips tied as a bouquet... very sad, I was otherwise always satisfied with Blume 2000. When I called the hotline in Hamburg again, to inquire whether this is service, I was only put through to the branch again...
