Horrible service, especially the waiting time at checkout... the two staff members where in idle conversation with one another whilst work speed was slow... when approached to stop chatting and rather work more efficiently the answer was 'we have an important conversation ' continuing in the same speed... meanwhile more and more customers were queuing... no focus, no customer service - much training required...
It has wonderful roses with a good price.

Very good. Fresh flowers and particularly good plants. Cheap. Nice capable staff. Unfortunately, no parking spaces nearby and you can't drive to Kiel by car. Disaster... all construction sites, one-way street, no turning off... closed, etc...
