I had to make a flower delivery to Hohenlinden and speak only a little German. Elisabeth was very friendly and patient over the phone, helping me through the order with my broken German, and was very responsive till the order was delivered. She even added a card onto the flowers that I actually forgot to detail myself, which was a much appreciated personal touch. Great service at a reasonable price.
