Dienst 0/0. Sie finden es shon? Ich habe Rosengekauft. Die Verkäufer boten an, den Strauß für 9€ (Mehrpreis) zu dekorieren, ich stimmte zu. Ich habe das Ergebnis nicht sofort gesehen. Für diese grünen Zweige haben sie 9 Euro genommen 🙄. Dekoration nennen sie das. Diese Äste stinken sehr. Sie versprachen, es schön zu machen. Sie müssen fragen, ob ich mit einer solchen "Dekoration" einverstanden bin. (Ich habe die Zweige weggeworfen), und noch alle Rosen haben faule Blütenblätter. do you think it's beautiful? I bought roses. The sellers offered to decorate the bouquet for 9€ (additional price), I agreed. I didn't see the result right away. For these green branches they took 9 euros 🙄. They call it "decoration" 6 euros for branches and another 3 euros for work, for tying it up. In addition, these branches have the smell of a tree "stink". They promised to make it beautiful. You have to ask, do I agree with such "decoration"? before giving. They packed quickly in paper, I did not notice while looking at the rest of the flowers. (the branches had to be thrown away because of the stench) and besides, all the roses have rotten petals, the roses are old.
Bought a bouquet of flowers in the Heide branch (Friedrichstrasse). Should be for my wife's birthday. Since I'm not a flower connoisseur....and the seller didn't point out to me that the bouquet is days old and most of the flowers have already bloomed...I had to pay the FULL price...I will never shop there again. Grade 5. Just bad advice. The main thing is to sell. Never again flower 2000...sorry.
I was very annoyed that a plant was labeled incorrectly or badly. It was not apparent that the basket was not included in the price. The employee's response could have been friendlier. Value for money rather average, because I felt it was very expensive
A very good flower shop. The employee was very, very friendly and helpful. She put together a beautiful bouquet for me. Furthermore: finally a flower shop where the flowers sometimes last longer. I can only recommend Blume 2000 in Heide.
