If you don't want to be served by young and disinterested saleswomen, want to wait a long time and be lied to, you should buy flowers here. Not to mention the quality of the flowers and the reduced range. I will NEVER buy flowers here again!

The most terrible branch of Blume 2000. There has been no proper service available to customers for months. Once I stood there for the opening of the shop at 10 and wanted to have my flowers tied. They said they wouldn't tie because there wasn't enough staff. There were 3 employees at the counter. Exactly the same thing yesterday, and on a day when a lot of customers were to be expected. I will never visit this branch again. It doesn't even deserve one star.

I always had a bouquet spontaneously tied for my wife every month, since bouquets are no longer tied and the selection is getting worse and worse, I've been immensely disappointed. In a shop that had 3 employees standing in front today, November 2nd, 2022 at 7 p.m. and who were talking at the checkout, I don't understand the decision...

Last night I bought a bouquet of white roses. At home I noticed that the ends of the stalks were completely dry. So they had no water. All heads hung this morning. €5.99 for the bin. Maybe instead of chattering, the staff should have refilled water?!
