Met a very nice and helpful young girl who was very active and helpful.

Every season I fill my balcony with beautiful flowers. I have tried for the past two seasons to buy flowers from my neighborhood Blume 2000 at the Gänsemarkt in Hamburg. But every time I've visited that store, the service people are very rude, perhaps because of my broken German. I keep returning thinking my experience will change. Today, I returned two days after the lockdown was lifted. I was the only one in the shop. The two employees were not wearing face masks and came and stood directly next to me while I was looking at flowers inside the shop. Then for the first time, they refused to wrap my flowers after spending 100 Euro in their shop. Although I did notice that a man came in the shop after me and got his flowers wrapped. The flowers get 1 star, customer service gets a -4. Again, I tell myself this is the last time.

I arrived at the shop at 18:40, was knocking on the door for 5 minutes and got a sign to go away from a woman inside. On the question that the working hours are till 20:00 I got an answer that this week they work till 18:30. Extremely unfriendly staff, don’t recommend at all.
