Was in this branch on 04/26/2023. I have to say that the goods from Blume 2000 are generally good to very good. I bought flowers and wreaths for more than 60 €. When I asked the saleswoman in a friendly way if she could call me a taxi because my battery was dead, she smacked me that she wasn't responsible for that. The whole thing was so unfriendly that I was speechless at first. The colleague said the phone was broken. Okay, I can't refute that, but I suppose I can demand kindness. Next door that was no problem at the bakery and they helped me quite nicely. Another person was happy about the 5 € tip 😉

Very, very, very unfriendly staff. I wanted to buy a bouquet of flowers. The pre-tied bouquets were no longer very pretty. So I asked a saleswoman if she could tie a fresh bouquet of flowers for me. I only received snotty answers and was supposed to pick out the flowers to bind myself. The tying of flowers should cost 6 euros extra. I don't want to be treated like royalty, but it would be nice to be treated as equals. I then went to the Bramfeld weekly market. There, an elderly lady tied a beautiful bouquet of flowers for me at a stand. And all of this in a friendly and polite manner at no extra charge.

Even this one star is far too much for the behavior of the employees towards the customers! The employee was so rude that I had to apologize for coming in 15 minutes before her closing time. (Also only because I work in retail myself and unfortunately I can't make it) The looks that were thrown at me were terrible. It's a pity because I work in this center and it was always very convenient to buy the flowers here. That was the first and last time I bought flowers from you.!!

Small but nice, inside and out, nice staff and for the small shop a good selection of ready-made bouquets and bowls with garden flowers. If the pots in the store are too expensive or if you don't have any decorations, you will find a large selection from various providers in the center (1€ shop, Kik, Budni...)

Unfortunately, today I met a super unfriendly employee who was just dismantling outside and told me in a spiteful tone that it was already over. She was super rude and almost yelled at me! After my astonished inquiry as to whether and when the shop was closed, I was ignored. If customers are no longer allowed to be served at 7:45 p.m., that's one thing, although the opening hours here should perhaps be revised. But the way and the tone didn't work at all. One should always remain friendly and respectful, especially towards customers. I was a good customer but will not come back with such an unfriendly staff!
