We have been working closely and trustingly with Blumen Kühn as undertakers for 18 years. The flower decoration is of such great importance when laying out in the church or chapel that we are always happy to turn to our dear specialist florists. Greetings from the Föhring Bestattungen team.

Unfortunately not a good experience. We commissioned our funeral wreaths and flower arrangements for our father's funeral. We confirmed this by phone and then again via email and described it in detail - including a photo, which flowers were desired and which colors were used and which should be left out. We called several times to inquire whether everything was OK (since no confirmation came) and were assured that the order had been accepted and understood. This one was: stylish, a lot of green, by no means gaudy colors, no yellow or pink, light, feathery, subtle color accents in purple. What came out was a veritable explosion of color, a brightly gaudy arrangement with the exact colors we asked for to be left out. The funeral service was overshadowed by this. We were so affected and just deeply sad that we had to celebrate this occasion like this. When asked, there was unfortunately no understanding and only the question of what would be expected now - the flowers were at least on time and fresh, the issue is a matter of opinion. A 10% discount was offered, but a sincere apology and acknowledgment that something went wrong would have been much more important here. A gesture would have sufficed here, so it was an absolutely horrible experience on an already horrible occasion.

Very friendly and helpful even if you are abroad, everything is put together beautifully and even photos are sent! I'm excited! Many thanks ☺️

Many thanks to the team from the flower shop Kühn! We ordered a funeral arrangement over the phone and the advice was extremely friendly and competent. A photo of the arrangement came with the bill, so we could see how beautiful it turned out! We were very happy about it!

All wishes and ideas - and I had quite a few - were implemented down to the last detail. I am very grateful for that, especially in such a difficult time of grief.
