Unfortunately, first of all, the shop itself is very nice and has interesting things to offer. However, the price is very high. What doesn't fit is the staff. When I buy flowers for €100, I expect personal and helpful staff. Unfortunately, this is not the case in this business. Since my girlfriend got gift vouchers for her birthday, we would have to shop there. An amount of 128 € came about and we had to pay something. However, we were not and are not satisfied. She never wants vouchers from this store again. It's actually a shame ☹️ because it's only down to the staff.
All my wishes were implemented perfectly and I am very happy about the beautiful arrangement. Great quality! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like to come back again and again!
