After this catastrophic service, I would have preferred to go to the shop 30km away. Unfortunately, I forgot to attach the return form in advance. When I asked whether the owner had a few strips of adhesive tape, the answer came that GLS would not provide this. Despite the flower shop, service is a foreign word to the lady. So anyone who treats their customers like that has definitely chosen the wrong profession. If you're selling your flowers the way you sold yourself as a person before me, don't do it. When I asked if she could help me carry the package (120 × 60 × 60 cm), the reply was that GLS would not provide this either. Congratulations for this unbelievably bad service. You actually sell yourself here as a complete package, flower shop plus service. But that backfired tremendously. It really makes you want to go somewhere else.
