As from the student intern... My mother is extremely disappointed with the birthday present she wanted!! A bowl was ordered for a birthday, on the basis that the employees can design it themselves. This trust was only based on the fact that my mother has known this shop and the beautiful bouquets for decades. However, the bowl ordered corresponded to ZERO the level and expectations. You don't need a florist for this 'planting'. Anyone can do it themselves with 3 plants from Rewe or Penny and some undergrowth from the bush and it is much nicer!! My stepfather relied on the shop because mum was always so enthusiastic and that's why she took the bowl with her. Mom would love to give them back!

I've only been there 3 times so far, but have always been treated in a very customer-friendly manner. And what they make is also very beautiful. It is worth visiting this flower shop. But......months have passed and unfortunately it's not the way it was anymore. What's going on I wonder? Corona? No more beautiful bouquets, no pre-order was possible. A lot of money for much less!!!! That used to be much better.

Can't agree with the 5 star ratings. Got a bouquet on Monday that doesn't even come close to the value given. On Tuesday I had to pick out the first gerbera because it was rotting and could infect the others. My mother still said I should complain. But unfortunately I didn't. Because today everyone else is already hanging their heads. Waste of money.

The wonderful bouquet brought joy for an unbelievable 3 weeks (!!) - amazing! Ordering from abroad works quickly and easily by direct telephone instead of via Fleurop. Order acceptance - transfer - delivery... in no time at all! I am extremely satisfied and can only recommend you!

Wanted to give away flowers to Greifswald from Hamburg. Don't go here! No credit card payment and no advance payment possible, this information was not friendly either. It's a shame, but someone probably doesn't need it anymore...
