I have to revise my rather poor rating. A pricing error happened, which made me very angry at the moment. But it's great that they responded immediately and the error was fixed. I received a prompt refund of the overpaid amount. That's what I call customer friendliness, thank you very much. Mistakes can happen, but when the criticism is reacted to so quickly and immediately, you can't remain angry at all.
