Stem and flower was exactly the right decision for our summer wedding! With great attention to detail, passion and always an open ear for our ideas, Bettina and Sarah have implemented our wishes. The communication on a human level was just great! What also made us very happy was the fact that you not only get flowers from them, but also a decoration rental: There is a huge selection of candlesticks, vases, tree discs, candles, etc. Totally brilliant! Great service and beautiful bouquet! :)

I had 50 guests at the wedding: I was loaned a wonderful stand for my bouquet, tulle, a garland and a beautiful boat for the bridal table! The tulle broke and the garland came off a bit, I didn't get an extra charge for it, for which I'm very grateful. 1. (139Euro) bridal bouquet: A bit smaller than agreed, no designer rose as requested, no dark orange although that was the main color. Not as loosely tied as in the picture. Only eucalyptus and no variety in the greenery as in the picture. Bridal bouquet hardly differed from bridesmaid bouquets, but cost 90 euros more. Was maybe a misunderstanding. When I commented on the orange flower, there was no reaction. 2. (72Euro) bought 9 badges. Nice. Attached with magnets that didn't hold up well. Attention: If you are looking for a badge that will hold up well, it is better to use a safety pin (we had it at the registry office). It takes a long time to look for the magnet that falls off when you take photos, which unfortunately you don't have that much time for on the wedding day... it's best to discuss this with the staff, although our feedback only came back that they usually hold... ... 3. (500 euros for 10 pieces) bridesmaid bouquets: If everything fits, we also used it for the table decoration in the restaurant. Great. 4. Flower decoration of the tables: great! Was decorated with expensive flowers (roses), was actually more of a deal with cheaper things, but it was nice. Of course you can't complain 5. Set-up and delivery: I was told that it would cost 150 euros (we were still planning for 100 guests), and it ended up being 300 euros (then it was 50 guests, but it cost twice as much). That's all okay, but of course I just would have liked to know beforehand. That was perhaps also a misunderstanding, but it was agreed to remain among the 1000. 6. It was 1000 euros and actually even less agreed, but in the end it was 1300 euros 7. The trader has said very clearly that she sells blue weddings and e.g. can't stand sunflower weddings because she personally doesn't like it. She doesn't like red and white either. Please be careful so that you are not patronized if you don't like something and are looking for service providers who can do something with your decoration. Stay true to yourself! 8. What disappoints me most of all is that no insight or desire for growth comes back to my criticism, but explanations or even no reaction! That's very disappointing. I'm writing this review so brides-to-be are aware, but of course I don't want to hurt the business.

We had our entire wedding flowers, including decorations, made at Stel & Bloom and were absolutely thrilled. Sarah advised us with a lot of patience, commitment, honesty, professionalism, but also empathy and always had an open ear for questions and uncertainties. Sarah and her mum provide outstanding customer service and try to accommodate as good as any request/idea! Unfortunately, you don't see that too often these days! We would contact them again at any time for floristry and decoration and say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making such an important contribution to an unforgettable wedding celebration!
