We bought a decorative glass and wanted to have it wrapped as a gift. The slightly older lady was totally unfriendly and the packaging looked as if it had been wrapped by a child and not a florist.

We had on 09.10. got our wedding at Landgasthof Arp and our flower decoration from Stegelmann. Over the years my now wife and I have been invited to at least 15-20 weddings. Nobody comes close to the quality and beauty of Stegelmann's floral decorations. It was by far the best we've ever seen. We knew it was going to be good, but we never dreamed it would be so outstanding. This was also reflected in the reactions of our guests, who could only muster praise and appreciation for this floral decoration. The preparatory talks and agreements also worked wonderfully. The friendliness of Mr Stegelmann and his staff is outstanding. There was never anything to complain about. All in all, the Stegelmann company made a significant contribution to the fact that our wedding was really perfect with this flower decoration. I would recommend everyone to buy here, you won't be disappointed! Any time!

Access only for a few people, the employees wear a mask and a plexiglass pane is attached to the cash register. A disinfectant is also available. There are very beautiful flowers and very nice employees. Currently only pick-up possible for pre-orders.

I ordered a gift voucher over the phone from the nursery, and when I picked it up the next day, Mr. Stegelmann wrapped the voucher up, but he doesn't have much of a clue about how to pack it, it looked as if time had stood still for him around 1950. We then wrapped the voucher neatly at home, otherwise the nursery didn't make a modern impression on us, it might be different in the shop in Gettorf.
