Last minute rescue! Friendly, emphatic and incredibly helpful! The young florist did an incredible job! 15 minutes before a funeral I wanted to pick up the funeral arrangement I had ordered. Then the realization: I ordered by phone in another city, in another flower shop - too late to go there. The on-site florist created a beautiful arrangement within 5 minutes...although I was quite annoyed and snotty at first (when I didn't know it was my fault). Despite this, the woman responded with all her kindness and helped us. Incredibly nice and competent! Many thanks again for everything!

We ordered a bowl with a bow and lots of colorful flowers for 90 euros for the funeral of a good colleague. What we got was a bowl with a lot of hedges and a sunflower. That was very disappointing flower bowl expected. The bow also left a lot to be desired!!!!! Our conclusion is that we will never buy any plants there again, let alone order them.

You can buy her a bouquet of flowers and the employees on site are nice and thorough, I like to go shopping for her
