One star is already too much for this store. I've been to many Blume 2000 stores, where I also love buying flowers. But this saleswoman with the long black hair is not only unfriendly but also very bored and annoyed when the customer enters the shop. So I don't understand why the manager doesn't see it. That was my last visit there

This behavior just leaves me speechless. I was there today on November 16th, 2022 around 3 p.m. and had chosen flowers with a total value of about 25 euros. The saleswoman and the very young employee were serving an elderly lady, so I waited patiently. After about 10 minutes, because your saleswoman did not know various prices, this process took a long time, I preferred to put the selected goods back and go to the competition. I was apparently invisible to your employee and her colleague. I have never experienced such a level of ignorance. The very last. You won't see me again. Zero stars would be more appropriate.
