Lovely and nice staff

1 star because there is no way to go negative! So what I experienced today.. I ordered a bouquet of flowers today for Valentine's Day, I realize that the flowers are more expensive today, but I think it's real to send me a bouquet of flowers for 30 € with 4 roses plus greenery an absolute disgrace. !! Also, it wasn't tied with any love and I'm just really heartbroken to have given my mother such a bouquet. The first time and NEVER AGAIN! I've also attached a photo so that you can really see what they tied together for €30. A bouquet of flowers is supposed to bring joy on such a day and in such a difficult time, but my day was absolutely over and I was rarely so disappointed! Absolutely no recommendation !!!!!!!!!
