I've tried my luck here four times and each time I come across a terribly unfriendly employee who puts together ugly bouquets for me for a lot of money and then is unteachable. You shouldn't even ask for the foil, otherwise you'll be torn to pieces in the air - the poor flowers! Yes, I pay it and there is foil around it for 30 minutes! But I'm only writing this review now because the unfriendly employee almost drove me over the edge, even though I had a small child in my arms. I would be happy to provide more details on the incident upon request!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers remotely at short notice, i.e. by phone, and the employee on the phone was very nice, asked all the relevant questions and put together and delivered the flowers as requested. Everything worked very easily and the bouquet turned out very beautiful. Thanks very much!

Super fresh flowers, very nice staff

My disappointment is huge after what I thought was great advice and a nice conversation. In the mourning hall, the arrangement we had delivered looked as if we hadn't had 20 euros left for it. Some of the roses were already soft and unwanted leaves/accessories were incorporated, which I explicitly didn't want. Our bow looked unprofessional and overall our arrangement looked careless. Other flower arrangements, including those from neighbors, were only 10 euros more expensive than ours, but looked significantly more valuable and loving. It's not the first time I've been disappointed, but this will be my last.
