But pricy but ok!

We were there on October 2nd, 2022 around 5 p.m.: The employees, a young and an older lady very unfriendly and annoyed. The young lady at the checkout was anything but nice - super disinterested and absolutely not customer-oriented. You should tie a bouquet - when asked if you could have tied a few more of the one green, the answer was cheeky and condescending that you would then have to pay 3 € for the little bit. Basically okay, but not in the tone! We decided against it on principle. That's not how you do business. Customer service doesn't seem to be a top priority here. It's a shame, we were always happy to be there.

Really highly recommended! Flowers and plants are always fresh, the staff friendly and humorous. Even undecided people go home with beautiful bouquets after a good consultation.

I was there relatively late in the evening, so the service was probably listless, that's how it seemed to me. But otherwise a good service, just wrapping it as a gift could be nicer.

I've been getting my flowers there for every occasion for years. The florists are always very nice and always pack the flowers nicely.
