When I read the many reviews about the unfriendly service in advance, I thought that this could also be due to how the customer approaches the staff. Today, however, I was taught better. The flower shop also offers DPD acceptance. When I wanted to hand in an approx. 50x60x70cm return there today and entered the shop with a friendly "Moin", the greeting was not returned. Instead, I was told very, very rudely: "I won't accept that...it's too bulky for me...you must be there by car...then take it to acceptance point XY". When I asked (still friendly) why she offered a DPD service if she didn't accept a normal package (not even bulky goods), I was approached even more unfriendly, "You don't have to accept anything". Then my hat cord went up... and that's supposed to mean something. The only explanation for me as to why this store can exist is the lack of alternatives at Twedter Plack. The other recessions always talk about an unfriendly employee. I'm sure it's the owner. An employee who treated customers like this would have been fired a long time ago.

I brought plants here years ago, they grew really well and give me joy every day. I was given very nice advice. A really pretty flower shop, also with decorations, gift vouchers (Douglas cards etc.) and a nice selection of cut flowers, indoor plants and plants for outdoors. Always happy.

I've really never seen such an UNFRIENDLY shopkeeper. Went in with a friendly Moin, NO reaction. And then just rude behavior . I left without buying anything. 1 time and NEVER again

If you want friendly advice, you've come to the wrong place. The owner is hard to beat when it comes to unfriendliness, I have now experienced it 3 times firsthand. I can recommend anyone who buys flowers there to take a look beforehand. You can buy them without any problems from the employees, they are competent and friendly

A woman in the service is extremely rude!!! I was aggressively and annoyed asked to speak louder if I wanted to buy something. (Wear face mask as required by government) Beautiful flowers, bad service!
