Rarely experienced such a customer-unfriendly employee! My little 3 year old daughter wanted to buy a small bouquet of flowers for her grandma for her birthday. So we went to a flower shop in Kettwig. We were initially greeted in a friendly manner, but it quickly became clear that we didn't want to buy flowers for €100, but a small bouquet. The mood changed immediately and when my daughter couldn't decide on flowers within 3 seconds, we were told very clearly that there were better things to do than waiting for the child to make a decision. It has to be said that there were 2 employees on site and there were no other customers in the store. This makes me wonder, why not take 5 minutes for a small child and her flowers? In the end, the saleswoman put the flowers together herself and within a few minutes they were carelessly tied together. Unfortunately, my daughter really wanted to take this bouquet with her, otherwise I would definitely not have bought it. Absolutely no recommendation. We won't be back. A pity!
On Wednesday I asked if I could buy long-stemmed tulips in the shop on Friday, the employee at the other end was very friendly: certainly no problem. I was there on Friday7, had to wait longer because a customer had a bouquet tied, which wasn't a problem for me. When it was my turn, I asked for long-stemmed tulips, saleswoman: they have been there long enough and see what I have, they could have chosen something!!!!! If I hadn't really needed the flowers, I would have left. Maybe it was because I was old and not dressed as chic, but my money isn't worth less, that won't happen to me again, I'll order from Blume2000 again next time
Felt more expensive than elsewhere and sometimes inflexible, for example, tulips were not available individually but only in bundles of 10. Nevertheless, there is a creative and beautiful work here, card payment possible!
What a pity wedding day roses, supposedly fresh... let the heads hang totally on the 3rd day..... due to time constraints no complaint....never ever......not accommodating!
