Just great!!! I think customer service is a priority here. I called the store at very short notice to have my best friend put together a bouquet and have it delivered. Despite the circumstances and the time, this was not a problem, which is not a matter of course. I was given very friendly and personable advice on the phone. I felt very well taken care of with my request. Price and performance were also great. Will definitely be visited again when the next holiday in Erfurt is due. Thank you again for the great service.

About 10 minutes before the shop closed, we wanted to buy a bouquet of birthday flowers because we had been out and about all day as tourists. Unfortunately, we were treated very rudely in this flower shop and one immediately got the impression that the employee was already counting the minutes to the end of the day. A short consultation was hardly to be thought of. We actually wanted to have a small bouquet put together from the remaining flowers. It was obviously too much effort for the saleswoman... In addition, we were directly spoken to on first-name terms and, in our opinion, treated like small children who wanted to buy a few sweets.
