Unfriendly, constantly mentioned time pressure and discussions instead of replying to my email inquiry when Ms. Becker-Wendling has enough time available or would listen on the phone for a minute to have a respectful conversation with the customer. With my order for the delivery of five bouquets, I was referred to Blume2000 or similar providers, although I had already had bouquets delivered to Mrs. Becker-Wendling several times at Easter and Christmas. The support of regional flower shops is very important to me, so I think their actions are a shame.

Beautiful decoration, fresh cut flowers in the evening are few. I found the prices to be high. In the morning the selection is nice and the bouquets are also very pretty.

Due to Corona, unfortunately no personal conversation could take place regarding our wishes for the flower decoration of a funeral. The consultations took place over the phone and through a photo of our ideas. The implementation was perfect.
