Good selection, nice size and bright, but unfortunately not very helpful towards the customer. When coming in instead of greeting the customer, private conversations are more important! Just don't touch anything and help the customer to carry it and don't hold the door open while you hold 3 pots in your arms. You are treated without respect and from above. It can't go well for long...

Very nice flower shop and very nice employees. I picked up a beautiful bridal bouquet on Saturday a week ago. I was super excited and he was adorable. I had a great consultation beforehand and everything went smoothly. I was the maid of honor and wanted to make the bride happy. And it was 1000% successful, the bride had goosebumps and was touched by the beautiful bouquet. This is how she imagined the bouquet. I even have to say that after a week it still looks like it was just put on. Great work, super friendly staff and you feel comfortable when you walk into the flower shop. Well-located flower shop on the through-road. Parking is possible on the street or opposite. Selection is ok and value for money too. When there is a lot going on, the advice is unfortunately neglected.

Today I was very upset about Mrs. Gezer's behavior (her last name was on the receipt). Constantly bought flowers in a flower shop in Eislingen, never had any problems. Since the shop in Eislingen was closed, we drove to Ebersbach (although Göppingen was closer). After choosing a bouquet, I asked her to wrap it in paper. Ms. Gezer replied that she would first pack the tree for the woman who came after me. When she was finished with the tree, a man came in and asked for the peonies. She ignored me and went outside to look for peonies. Then she went to another room with peonies to make a small bouquet out of them. When she got back she started wrapping it in paper. I reminded her that she had promised to wrap my bouquet in paper. And I asked to finally do it, since we might already be late for the service. She promised to do it now. She tore off the paper, but then a man came in who had already ordered flowers. He was advised by a colleague Ms. Gezer. But Frau Gezer left the paper and my bouquet and began to serve the man. I've been in the store for 30 minutes!!!! I took the unwrapped bouquet, thanked Ms. Gezer and left the shop. I really hope she treats other customers with more respect.

Very nice flower shop, very well stocked. Very friendly boss who fulfills every wish 😉. From now on my flower shop.
