I had a question about a plant I've bought here, they answered me both per phone and email. And although the plant was actually healthy, they still changed it for me :) The only problem is, if you pay with card for something and you wish to change it, a refund isn't possible. You will be given a gift card instead.

Most recently, the team created a headband for my best friend's bachelorette party. I picked him up the night before and he still looks great! I'm totally thrilled and really recommend Flores to everyone :)
